Camber Coffee
Camber Coffee roasts in Bellingham, Washington.
Since 2015 · David Yake, Andrew Bowman, Todd Elliott
Overview
Camber is a small Bellingham roaster founded in 2015 by three Q-grader colleagues — David Yake, Andrew Bowman, and Todd Elliott — who met at Tony's Coffee. They opened their flagship cafe in 2017 and were named Best Coffeeshop in Washington State by Food & Wine that same year. The name Camber means "curve," referencing the unique roast curve each coffee requires. They cup constantly to vet every roast before it leaves their facility, targeting coffees in the 86-90 SCA cupping score range.
